Robin found ribs on sale at the market today, and I am pretty darn good with a grill (if I do say so myself) so we had made from scratch ribs for dinner tonight. Despite what a lot of people say, I do not marinade or preboil my ribs. Just a really nice dry rub and about 3-3 1/2 hours on a slow smoker does the trick. Right at the end I add a homemade sauce and then its lip smacking and finger licking time.
